RFI provisionally appointed as a UK CLEF

RFI GLOBAL SERVICES has been provisionally appointed as a UK CLEF by CESG. With this provisional approval, RFI Global is able to conduct Common Criteria evaluations, as part of the company's strategy to broaden its security services.

CESG is the UK National Technical Authority for Information Assurance. Under the UK Information Technology Security Evaluation and Certification Scheme, managed by CESG, the security features of IT systems and products are tested independently of suppliers to identify logical vulnerabilities.

This type of testing is known as security evaluation and it is carried out by Commercial Evaluation Facilities (CLEFs) against standard criteria to a formalised methodology. Thanks to the CCRA (Common Criteria Recognition Arrangement), Common Criteria tests performed by RFI Global will be internationally recognized.
